I’m Michael,
AI enthusiast and founder. I started in research in mobile robotics and AI, then I was in the automotive industry in R&D for sensors and driver assistance systems.
Today, I am a Co-Founder at NISAR with the goal of improving the efficiency of automotive software development and bridging gaps between different ecosystems.
A major concern of mine is the exchange of experience. Only together will we master today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. That’s why I’m an active speaker and co-initiator of the “Better Together – Community.Smartest.Industries” initiative.
II also offer training and consulting, especially in project management and (automotive) software engineering. A pragmatic approach is important to me here: combining the methods in the best possible way goes beyond implementing them ‘by the book’. For example, Agile and V-Model don’t have to be a contradiction and Agile and FUSI also get along well.

I offer experience in process management and quality management: I have introduced QM according to ISO 9001 myself as QMB and audited as internal auditor, designed and optimized development processes for Agile Development, ASPICE, ISO26262 and implemented them efficiently with Process Engines. Today, I am particularly interested in combining BPM with AI and with Data Science, as we know it from computer science.
