I’m Michael,
an AI enthusiast, process consultant, and lecturer. My journey began 20 years ago in research, focusing on mobile robotics, artificial intelligence, and optimization models. Later, I became a senior project manager in the automotive industry, working in R&D for sensors and driver assistance systems. During this time, I introduced numerous process improvements, such as scalable agile methods, and played a key role in implementing ASPICE and TISAX.
Today, my primary interest lies in enhancing the efficiency of (software) engineering and industrial processes using AI—particularly through multi-agent systems. My focus is on deep, complex processes that require extensive expertise rather than quick wins like chatbots or content generation.
Knowledge sharing is something I deeply care about. Only together can we tackle today’s and future challenges. That’s why I’m an active speaker and co-initiator of the initiative “Better Together – Community. Smartest. Industries.”
I help your teams reach the next level of productivity, through training and process/technology consulting. My expertise lies in AI, project management, and (automotive) software engineering. I take a pragmatic approach: the best results come from intelligently combining methodologies rather than rigidly following a textbook approach. For example, Agile and the V-Model are not necessarily contradictory, and Agile can work well with Functional Safety (FUSI).

Organizational Development:
I offer experience in process management and quality management: I have introduced QM according to ISO 9001 myself as QMB and audited as internal auditor, designed and optimized development processes for Agile Development, ASPICE, ISO26262 and implemented them efficiently with Process Engines. Today, I am particularly interested in combining BPM with AI and with Data Science, as we know it from computer science.
– Entrepreneurship / Founding,
– Transformation, Industry 4.0, AI in BPM, Data Science,
– Process Management, Lean Management, Quality Management, ISO 9001 and extensions to 13485, Change Management,
– PMO
(Software) Engineering & Project Management:
I offer 15+ years of experience in international development projects: from research & consortium projects with small teams to series projects with 300+ members. Pioneered the introduction of Agile in automotive and one of the first with ASPICE Lv2 in OEM project.
– Project Management (according to PMI), Agile (KANBAN, SCRUM, FDD, scaling varinats),
– ASPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262, HARA, FMEA, FMEDA), Risk Management, Test Management ISTQB,
– Architecture and System Design
Technology:
I have many years of experience in research in the field of mobile robotics, AI and optimization algorithms, as well as in R&D in the field of automated driving and sensor technology – the highlight was certainly the preparation of an experiment on the ISS.
– Autonomous and automated driving, Mobility, mobile Robotics, Sensor Fusion, Radar, Laser, Lidar, Mono/Stereo/TOF Cameras,
– AI, Neural Networks, Ontologies, logical reasoning mechanisms, optimization algorithms,
